Car history:
You are bidding on a 1954 Chevrolet Corvette Convertible. This car is extremely original, in Polo White with a Sportsman Red interior and a tan cloth top. The engine is a 235.5 cubic inch inline 6 rated at 150 horsepower. The Car is very original and a rare find. Matching number car with original engine. All available options for 1954. Automatic transmission, heat, am radio, parking brake warning, windshield washers and underdash lighting . This car has been with the same owner for over 20 years and has been maintained and cared for. Paint has been replaced some years back, interior was also renewed. Some crazing and minor cracking is appearing on the paint but otherwise is in very good shape. Car has a Massachusetts title that states the mileage as actual mileage , 67, 001. We cannot verify otherwise. Car is complete with side curtains, but is missing the storage bag. Engine runs excellent, transmission shifts smooth, all gauges appear to be in working order, heat and radio function have not been verified. Overall a oustanding surviving example, recent auctions has seen these cars selling in the 6 figures. This is a rare opportunity to get into the collector car market. Reserve is resonable and fair. Car also comes with some spare items and service records. Please feel free to contact for more photos or info. Bidders are encouraged to inspect the car during our business hours. Car is available at our showroom and subject to sale. Serious bidders only thanks for visiting.
