Purchased from the family of the original buyer. This was the first Corvette on the streets in Pittsburgh, PA. Purchased at Clark Chevrolet on 8th Ave. in West Homestead, PA. One "legend" of this car: Steering column was shortened to accomodate the size of the influential, but 'portly' buyer (I haven't had a chance to measure against original specs yet). Last validated registration - March, 1971, PA. (fees paid: $14.00) Stored inside ever since. Complete car except for air cleaners, headlight screens, side curtains and windshield washer bottle. Except for a ragtop replacement, all original. Never hit or in an accident. Except for the mast antenna put in at some point and passenger side mirror addition, no damage or repairs to the fiberglass.
