For sale via e-Bay: Vehicle Description The item you are bidding on is a sharp red 1954 Corvette that has undergone a frame-off restoration. We believe that we are the third owners of this car. It was owned by an older gentleman who did the restoration work on it, and when he passed away his widow decided to sell the car, so we bought it from her. It came from the St. Louis assembly plant and is the 4,508th Corvette produced in 1954. It has a 235 cubic inch engine and an automatic transmission. The seats, door panels, and carpet are all new and are in excellent condition. The exterior paint has some spidering and a few chips, so it will need a paint job to bring it up to "stellar" status. The odometer reads 65540. There is no top, although we do have the frame.
