Car history: |
1958 Chevrolet Corvette with a 283 Chevrolet engine. This car is not a matching numbers car for you sticklers on numbers matching. However this car is a great driver and gets a lots of looks and attention. I saved this car 15 years ago from some knuklehead trying to convert it into a race car. I attempted to restore it as close as possible to original. The car needs a few minor things to complete but overall it is excellent condition. I wanted a black corvette with the gray coves but this car was originally turquiose in color and I believe gray or white coves. The interior has been redone in gray (only a personal preference) and is in excellent condition. An after market radio is installed and works very well. The trunk has also been re-done in gray carpeting. The car has an automatic transmission which will accomadate a bigger engine if need be. |
