1955 Corvette Convertible, VIN #44 of 700 produced, original numbers matching
265-195 hp, original matching #s powerglide. Spectacular mirror finish Pennant

Blue paint, no expense spared new tan Beige interior, new (great looking) Beige
soft top. Rare color and 1 of only 45 produced! Frame-off restored and
Bloomington Gold certified at 98 percent. Optioned with powerglide, 3.55 rear
differential, Wonderbar radio, rare emergency-brake warning light, aluminized

exhaust, foot pedal windshield washers, courtesy lights, heater, hubcaps, and
period correct 6.70x15 inch wide white tires. Most all factory correct type
components including the spare, jack, jack tools, trunk mat, trunk liner, side
windows, side window bag, rebound straps, spiral shocks, shifter, shielding,
braided wires, air cleaner, generator, hood pop-ups, radiator, gas cap, guide

Y-50 mirror, and owners manual. Documented with the Bloomington Gold
certificate, judging sheets, owner history, restoration receipts, and a 3-ring
binder. Also editorialized in Corvette Fever magazine and listed in the 1953-55
Corvette Registry. Sold by the Paul Jones collection at Mecum Bloomington
auction (2007) (Hagerty's value is up 25 percent since 2007!) for $178,500.00.
