I purchased it from a Calvin Davis in Virginia in Dec, 2003. Mr. Davis purchased it in April, 2000 from a Brian Vander Veen (who is supposedly the son of the original owner). Note: I have not yet located Mr. Vanderveen to verify any of the above information. I have seen copies of two Gold Spinner award certificates that Mr. Vanderveen apprarently earned at Chevy Vettefest for the car on November 23, 1986 (Registry #G8611-109) and again on March 1, 1987 (Registry #G8702-119). Both were signed by Judging Chairman Jerry Ipjiam (sp?).
