Sold via ProTeam in the past 6/8/2004: For sale via e-Bay: Vehicle Description This Signet Red with white coves 1958 Corvette is sought after for its distinguishing Chrome Spears and Washboard hood. This car was purchased from ProTeam Corvette. It had been restored before we purchased it. It has only been driven locally and to area car shows. It is a show stopper wherever it’s driven. Wherever it is parked, it draws attention. It is a high-end driver that also shows well in car shows. Overall appearance of this car is very good. It drives and runs well. Other Corvette owners who’ve have had a chance to be behind the wheel have remarked just how well it handles and rides, commensurate to a late 50’s car. In looking at the car it is obvious the restorer wanted as many of the original parts as possible to stay with the car. It not only adds to the authenticity of the car but also gives it a great patina. The fit and gap of doors, hood, trunk and soft-top cover are very good. The doors and trunk close with just the slightest momentum. The carpets and seats are new since we’ve owned it. A complete brake job was recently done. The top is white and is as new. It is equipped with T3 lights, Wonderbar radio, 283-245 hp, 4 speed transmission, heater, spare tire, original stainless steel hubcaps, wide whitewall new Firestone tires. Owners manual, factory service manual and key fob are included. The engine compartment is very clean with all correct chrome shielding in place. Components such as air cleaner, generator are correct. The undercarriage is also very tidy and clean. Please note, the front chromed licence plate bracket is also included with this car. I’m listing this car for a friend. A very realistic and modest reserve has been placed on this car so there are no games with the reserve.
