Outfitted in a combination of Pennant Blue exterior and dark beige interior, this
matching-numbers 1955 Chevrolet Corvette convertible is powered by a
265/195hp V8 engine mated to a 2-speed automatic transmission. Only 700
Corvettes were produced in 1955, and this vehicle is #93. In addition, there
were only 45 cars with the color combination of Pennant Blue exterior and dark
beige interior, and only 693 base roadsters were produced with the V8. This
vehicle received a frame-off restoration in 2017, during which the engine,
transmission and drivetrain were rebuilt. The interior, beige top and side
curtains are in good condition, as is the brightwork. This Corvette is a NCRS
Top Flight Award-winner and has been meticulously pampered and maintained
regularly. From The Jim Osterman Collection.
