Car history:
1958 Corvette project car. Car has many new parts with much of the hard work already completed. My financial situation does not allow me to finish my project. I was restoring this car to be a reliable driver and for local car shows. History: The car is an early 1958 and built November 1957. Car was Charcoal with Charcoal interior with silver coves and was optioned with 4-speed, 4.11 positraction, and Hardtop. Car was last registered in 1980 in dry New Mexico and has original no rust vin stamped frame and positraction rear end. Frame: Frame has been cleaned and painted with new suspension and springs (front and rear), shocks, brakes, wheel cylinders, hoses, battery tray, and body mount kit. Engine and Transmission: High performance 327 was completely rebuilt, bored with flat top pistons for pump gas ( 9.0-1), 350 horsepower cam with new valves, springs, and guides. Transmission is not original but completely rebuilt T-10 with a Hurst shifter. Rear end has all new gaskets and seals. New Parts included but not installed: Complete side moulding set with nuts and washers. Complete door, trunk lock set. Hood support and misc. parts.
