| Uncle Bill owned this car since 1969 when he bought it from the original owner. My father and Bill knew the original owner. The car was stolen and run up a creek. The theives broke the lower A-arm and left it there. The only things stolen where the vin tag and the convertible top. Bill got a new tag from the state of Penna and traded the hard top for another convertible top. In the '80s, Bill redid the car. Pulled the frame and put a new one under the car. Replaced and repainted the entire car. In May 2006, my wife allowed Bill to sell me the car. |
