| I'm the 6th owner, traced back to 1969. Funny story...When I purchased the car 2/98, one piece of paperwork that came w/car was from a service station in N.J.. Called 411 and got a phone #. Called it and got the man who took this car as a trade-in back in '69. A young kid traded the '58 vette and $550 for a'65 GTO that was on his lot !!! He kept the'58 for a few years. The amazing thing is 29 years later this man , whose name was on a scrap of paper answered the phone and remembered the car like it was yesterday. |
