For sale at e-Bay: THIS IS AS RUST FREE AS THEY COME- A LIFELONG WEST COAST ORIGINAL NUMBERS MATCHING 283 CUBIC INCH CONVERTIBLE CORVETTE THAT HAS AN AUTOMATIC TRANSMISSION, DEFROSTER AND THE GREAT REMOVABLE HARD TOP WHICH IS IN NICE CONDITION! EXTERIOR I have had a lot of restoration done to this car. The paint is new and a two stage paint job that has been color sanded and buffed. All of the cove trim is NEW and looks great as do the new cove spears. The tires are new within the last five miles as are the hubcaps which are brand NEW too. The car is the great looking roman red with ermine white coves. The frame is solid and straight as well. All of the weatherstrip is NEW and as such looks great. The headlights work and the car even still possess one of the original T-3 headlamps; the wipers are also functional as well. She is a sharp looking car that gets a lot of attention as you can tell. INTERIOR The interior is all new and is beautiful. There are NO cracks, NO rips, NO splits, and NO tears with the seats, the carpet, the door panels or the seats. The seats, the carpet and the door panels are all new. The windows roll up and down great with their NEW OLD STOCK window regulators installed a couple of months ago. All of the gauges work except for the clock and look fair. A new radio needs to be installed. Even the door jamb swithces, the kick panels and the shift plate bezel and boot are new. I also had all of the lcoks replaced door and trunk, and I believe the door handles were replaced too. I am sure I have had a bunch of other stuff done to the car that I can't remember. The interior is a joy to sit, is beautiful and LOOKS GREAT! MECHANICS The car possesses its Numbers Matching 283 Cubic Inch Motor that runs great and looks great under the hood. I have an original air cleaner on back order for the car which will be installed as soon as it arrives within the next couple of weeks. The motor runs well and the brakes stops fine as they were redone recently. The suspension seems to be fine as well and the car rides fine. The exhaust is only a few years old and sounds fine and I kind of like the tips but it the new owner wants the stock look it is easy to bend the pipe into its original place and cut the tips off. Overall the car runs and drives fine.
