Engine details: Original, numbers matching, 283ci/270hp dual quad (correct carb numbers), solid lifters, dual points, mechanical advance w/ all ignition shielding. Rebuilt in 9/2004.
Other details: Car was very solid mechanically when purchased - it is a close ratio 4-speed. The AM Wonderbar radio still works - clock replaced with quartz upgrade (I have original mechanical clock). I also have some extra WIDE white walls for the retro look but they are unmounted. Car had typical paint dings and I had to realign hood, deck lid, doors.

Car history:
In 1998 the car was titled in Brevard County, FL (I found this out when titling in Orange County, FL) from there it wound up at a dealer in Tempe, AZ where it was purchased by a gentlemen who does wind tunnel work for NASCAR. I bought the car from this fellow who lives near Columbia, SC and brought the car home to Oakland, FL.
