This is a frame-off professionally restored 1958 Corvette by Steve Hendrikson (also known as "Mr. Corvette") in Mpls, MN. Restoration date: 1999-2000. It is a original rare charcoal gray w/silver cove car. It has the original 283 dual quad 4 speed car with a 3.70 gear. The odometer reads 60,942 miles. The car was received after the restoration with 58,000 miles on it. The original mileage before the restoration is unknown. The restored hardtop is also included with the car. The car also has a working wonderbar radio. This original car runs and drives as good as any early corvette out there. The interior and trunk are also restored to perfection. Upon very close inspection there are some minor flaws in the paint job-what I would call some resin specks. They are only seen in the right light and at the right angles and unless you are being judged in a 1000 pt show they do little to distract from this beautiful automobile.
