Car history:
Bought in 1978 in Roanoke, Virginia from a fellow by the name of Rocky Manning. Disassembled the car in my sisters garage where it set for 13 years. Brought it to Bluefield, WV in 1991 where it set another 11 years. Began restoration in 2002 and sent it to a Corvette restoration shop in Horsepasture, Va. on Oct. 28, 2003 and got it back on Sept. 5, 2004. - 26 years after first purchasing the car!! Probably the longest Corvette restoration in history!! Time, money and priorities delayed the process, but I never gave up the dream!! Car was originially Sateen Silver with Jewel Blue interior. Car was originially purchased somewhere in N.C. and was once a custom paint show car!! Fortunately, no body modifications were done other than a scoupe hood which was replaced with an original one.
