You are viewing a 1955 Chevrolet Corvette. It is Corvette Copper with Beige interior with a white soft top. It is VIN number 178 of 700 produced in 1955. It is also 1 of ONLY 15 in this color combination. This is an investment that is sure to appreciate!!! This is an incredible vehicle. I am a broker and have three vintage Vettes currently on E-bay and this is the nicest of the three! It has only a few (very small) imperfections in the paint- there are a couple of scratches on the passenger side (they may potentially buff out) but other than that the paint is very nice – high 9 on a scale from 1 to 10. The interior is very nice and it is a “body off” restoration. It is equipped with a 265 cubic inch 195 horse power V8 and a power glide transmission. It is a “numbers matching” Corvette! In addition it is optioned with a “wonderbar” radio, e-brake warning light, windshield washers, courtesy lights, heater, hub caps, and 6.70 X 15” wide white tires. It has mostly all factory correct components including: spare, jack, jack tools, washer system, trunk mat, side windows, side window bags, shifter, shielding, air cleaner, coil cover and generator. It is a slightly older “body off” restoration with excellent paint, interior, top, chrome, stainless exhaust and tires. It is documented with owner’s manual, sales brochure, and magazine articles. The vehicle currently shows 72K miles. |
