THIS CAR HAS UNDERGONE A COMPLETE MECHANICAL RESTORATION ( ENGINE, TRANSMISSION, GAUGES, SUSPENSION). MOSTLY ORIGINAL PAINT WITH NEARLY COMPLETE ORIGINAL INTERIOR.
EXTERIOR: THIS CAR HAS BEEN ESTIMATED AT 85 PERCENT ORIGINAL FACTORY NITRO CELLULOSE LACQUER PAINT BY A PAINT AND BODY RESTORATION EXPERT. THE BODY HAS CORRECT PRESS MOLDED FENDERS FRONT TO BACK. ALL CHROME AND BRIGHT WORK HAS BETTER THAN AVERAGE APPEARANCE.
DRIVE-TRAIN AND SUSPENSION: A RARE 1548 BLOCK IS TOPPED BY AN ORIGINAL FACTORY FUEL UNIT WITH CORRECT BREATHER. THIS MOTOR IS MATED TO A PERIOD CORRECT GM 4 SPEED MANUAL TRANSMISSION. ORIGINAL WORKING 8,000 RPM TACH IS STILL IN PLACE. SOME MODERN CONVENIENCE PARTS HAVE BEEN SUBSTITUTED, BUT NONE OF THESE MODS WILL AFFECT THE ABILITY TO RETURN THIS CAR BACK TO BONE STOCK ORIGINAL. VINTAGE A/C AND FRONT DISC BRAKES (ORIGINAL DRUMS INCLUDED) ARE THE MAJOR CHANGES MADE TO MAKE THIS AN ENJOYABLE CAR YOU CAN DRIVE. BUYERS CAN CALL ME FOR THE OTHER DETAILS. MECHANICAL DIARY IS INCLUDED AS WELL AS RECEIPTS.
