This beauty has left no detail out in its restoration. From all the correct parts to stunning paint job, this is how the 1962 Corvette should look. The best thing about this car is it’s ready to roll; everything works properly and is ready for the road. Whether it’s for a short cruise or a long road trip this is one of the coolest cars you’ll ever drive. You won’t be able to fill up your tank with out forming a small crowd. You could even park this thing next to a new Ferrari and people will walk right past it to look at this American classic. Probably one of the most important features of this 1962 is that this one has most all of the original parts along with the very sought after Rochester fuel injection system that is vary rarely seen. The fuel injection system makes a world of difference. It makes this Corvette be able to be driven everyday not just sit in the garage. Just last August I drove this car up to Reno, NV from San Jose, CA and there was not one single glitch or problem, it drives like a dream. The engine is smoother running and wont stall out on you like the carbureted version. The entire engine bay and most all of the car have the correct Corvette components with matching tags. The air cleaner manifold, ignition shielding, over flow tank, Dewitt’s aluminum radiator, correct dated 4 speed (T-10), Wonderbar radio, T-3 headlights, and many more. The interior is mostly original everything else inside has been replaced or restored. The only real add on is the satellite radio system called XM Radio. It is simply awesome, going for a drive you just push 50’s or 60’s music (commercial free) and its like you are back in 1962 cruising one of the coolest cars on the road. There are speakers in the door panels. Instead of ruining the original door panels I had custom ones made. I still have the orginal ones.
