Bought from Riverside, California. The car was owned by a gentleman by the of Ron Froby. I believe that he bought the car back in 1977 as a non runner. It was his idea to restore the car over time. Unfortunately Ron passed away a few years ago without ever finishing the car. The task of completing the car was taken up by his good friend George Swift (President of Corvettes West). My wife spotted the car on the internet in December 2012 and gave a call, agreed a price and passed the money over. I imported the car back to England and fell in love with it. What a great car.
I feel that it is a privilege to be the owner of this car. |
