For sale via e-Bay: Vehicle Condition This is a very nice, non-number matching 1962. The car runs great! Brakes are good, trans and clutch very good. Tires new. Interior seats and carpet are excellent same with dash, paint good but not perfect. The paint has nice luster, no shell cracking, and has no major scrapes. It has been repainted, but appears to have been white originally. Chrome is excellent. Right door alignment is not perfect, but closes freely just not as nice as the left. Top is in fair to good condition with 2 slight tears of one half inch each. Body appears to be excellent, frame is free of rust and one of the best we have seen. The radio is not original, nor is the spare in the trunk a Wonderbar, but it is period. Engine bay is very original: lots of very nice original bits. Trans is WE1192, Diff 3707306, Motor X0728RD, (block left side 3896944) date F296=June 29, 1960. Intake Manifold is 3844461. The car does not appear to have suffered any accidents or significant damage in its life. It’s a great looking and driving car, but not a fully original car. Inspections are welcome at buyer’s expense. The car is registered in California and has a clean title free of liens.
