Believed to be owned in 1959-1962 by Ralph Haun long time NCRS Member and Bloomington Gold judge, he had raced the car in the Southern California Timing Association where he set several records at Riverside, Taft, El Mirage among others. He and a friend painted the car Tasco Turquoise in 1960 prior to setting a new record at El Mirage.
