bought in 1970, in Canton IL - was orig white - painted black - wrecked in the RF we think in the late 50's - heavy RF firewall damage - RF fender was replaced during the repairs, it was daily driven from Canton IL to Fort Sheridan in Chicago - around 1966 or so 57 283, 3sp was installed - hole was cut in the hood - all the emblems were shaved and also painted a heavy metallic candy red - Bought in 1970 - started body off in spring of 2002 - Jun 2012 - 10 year restoration Car earn a 99.0 Top Flight in Indiana 97.9 at Bloomington Gold in 2012 98.9 and earned its Triple Diamond award at the MCACN
