1958 Corvette project car. Car was bought in late 70’s, and previous owner started restoration. We purchased car 3 years ago, and have run out of money. Rust free frame has been restored. New front and rear suspension, brake lines, wheel cylinders, brake shoes, drums. Engine is non-matching 283 block; heads, water pump, generator, and exhaust manifolds are matching. New stainless steel exhaust system is complete. Body had normal age cracks, left front fender had old damage repair. Other than left front fender car does not appear to have been in an accident. Front and rear bumpers, windows and door posts have been re-chromed. Most of stainless has been straightened, repaired and re-polished. All gauges complete and original, seat frames in excellent condition, ready for new coverings. Shifting tunnel has been replaced. Body is ready for first coats of primer. Vehicle is almost 100% complete excluding radio, wiring harness, interior kit, stock wheels and tires. It appears original color was white with silver coves. Good, solid, straight car, just needs a little more time and money.
