There were only 15 Corvettes made in Corvette Copper in 1955. It is believed to be 1 of just 75 Corvettes built with a 3 speed manual transmission. It has been carefully and very correctly frame off restored to a very high standard using many original and NOS parts in the process! The car is restored to what it would have looked like when delivered new in 1955 although it has todays 2 stage paint and a black powder coated frame. It has the dated coded correct numbers matching block with many correctly dated parts. The car has been stored properly and driven only 25 miles since the restoration It is in excellent condition throughout and it looks beautiful in this rare, one year only color combination. The excellence of the restoration also extends to it mechanically, as well as the cosmetics. It runs and drives just as a 1955 should. It also comes with the unrestored but very good condition side curtains and case. This will be a great car for a special collection and will be fun to get judged at some major car shows.
