Engine details:	The engine is not year correct, it is a 1966 year block but, is a correct size 283.
Car history:
The car is a very nice 1958 Corvette it has been repainted a while ago, done in correct Signet red with white coves. All chrome is nice. Radio is the correct Wonderbar radio, it does need hooked up. The four speed is the right year and has been rebuilt, shifter is also correct. Tires have been replaced with the correct bias ply tires and white walls, also has the correct original hubcaps. Clutch, pressure plate and throw out bearing new last year, as were the brakes. Rear leaf springs have been replaced with NOS rear springs. New aluminum water pump. New Griffin aluminum radiator. Do still have the original radiator also. Distributor is not correct has a Mallory Unilite elctronic distibutor. Does have correct chrome distributor cover. This is a very nice car, drives, handles and runs out very, very nice. Paint does have some minor blemishes and edges touched up. Car cover included with purchase. Car has been on display at the Corvette Museum in Bowling Green and at Gatherings there.
