For sale via e-Bay: 1962 CHEVROLET CHEVY CORVETTE CONVERTIBLE RED EXTERIOR BLACK INTERIOR AND BLACK SOFTTOP ALSO THIS CAR COMES WITH RED HARDTOP OPTION 327 engine with 3 speed transmission, number match car Body is straight and paint is in good shape and very shiney, Solid car, Upgraded with Vintage Air under dash ac system and extra insulation under carpet to help keep cool on those hot days - all easily removed for original back to stock if so desired. Soft top is like new although it does have a small tear in one rear corner. Carpet is just a few years old but still looks near new. We added a seatbelt in between the two seats for my 6 yr old daughter, this allowed her to sit on the tunnel and ride around the neighborhood and to the grocery store with us. The seatbelt is easily removed and no extra holes were drilled to install. Aluminum radiator to assist with cooling. Newer tires with correct style hubcaps. Chrome is in good shape throughout the car. Runs and drives excellent. Also includes some books, manuals with the car. This Corvette gets all the looks where ever you go. Vehicle Condition: Vehicle is in great shape but does have a few items that do not work or could be better. Clock needle fell off, tach inop and fuel guage does not always read correctly, slight oil leak but not bad. It has a couple of small chips/cracks but nothing bad and the cracks have remained the same size since we have owned it. Battery was relocated to the trunk for easier access, and an upgrade stereo equip in trunk. - These items also would be very easy to put back for an original car. Many reciepts for all things done over the years from previous owner as well as current owner , well taken care of, and able to drive anytime and anywhere you want.
