Car history:
1958 Corvette convertible. Correct Signet Red in color with white coves. Fully restored in 2000 with fewer than 1000 miles since. This is a stunning numbers matching car that is breathtaking in every respect. It has a new white soft top and perfect red hardtop. This is one of 2057 Powerglide automatics.
Complete restoration took six years.

The car was built (approx.) April 9, 1958 and it was the 6,233rd car built out of 9168 built. Everything works, original clock, original radio, etc. It's paint is breathtaking, hand applied and rubbed lacquer with a rich deep patina. Engine and trunk are detailed. This car is done to perfection.
It drives, runs, and handles like a dream. Wouldn't hesitate to jump in a drive cross country. Has been entered in six car shows (300-400 cars in each) and won best in class four times, and best of show once. Trophies go with car.

The history on this car is extensive and includes letters from the original owner, successive owners, photos of restoration, articles about this car by automotive writers, etc. Information fills a sizeable three ring binder.
