For sale via e-Bay:
Rare Power top Corvette. Stunning frame-off restoration. The Vette was in storage from 1974 and taken out of storage in 1997. Frame-off restoration was finished in 2002. The speedo read 29,835 now reads 30,615 so driven 780 miles since restoration. 327 V-8 engine with fuel injection. The engine is a 1963 RE 340 HP Special High Performance. #F0410RE. FI unit #7017360 is correct for 1962. The engine was rebuilt. 4 speed trans #WF1923. Generator #1102268 is correct for 1962. Distributor #1110990 is correct for 1962 FI. T-10 positraction 4:11 rear end. Ermine white with red interior. White power top works great. This is the first Vette that I have ever had with a power top. The chrome sparkles. The underside is ready for mirrors. It's nice. Stainless exhaust pipes and mufflers except the left rear tail pipe. The trunk is better than new. The wonderbar radio does not work. Has a new clock and it keeps time. I have limited history as far back as 1974. I have a lot of receipts with the car. I'm very impressed with the workmanship. Typical of a Corvette I have found minor paint cracking other wise nothing. We have driven it about 30 miles so far and it's fast. Drives like a '62 Vette should. It's really fun. Everyone should own a Vette at least once. Just serviced, safety checked and ready for your driving enjoyment. Cond. # 1-.

Exterior:
Outstanding body and paint. It has 2 paint cracks one on the left front fender next to the hood opening, the other one is on the right rear corner at the hood opening. Chrome is excellent.

Interior:
Red is the interior color and it just makes this Vette stand out. The dash pad and the rest of the interior are all new. Everything in the interior looks new.

Engine Compartment:
The engine compartment is clean and detailed.

Underside:
To see how nice the underside is take a look at the photos.

Trunk:
This is the last year for a trunk in the corvettes. It's like new. The one thing that could be changed is the spare tire. It's a radial and could use a little smaller size to fit under the tire cover.

Last Thoughts:
The last year for solid axle Corvettes and all of the solid axle Vettes are very collectible and the prices just keep going up. This is not a matching number car but it's an excellent Vette you can enjoy for years. I like the way it runs and drives. If you're hung up on matching you need to look elsewhere. If you want an outstanding Vette and numbers don't mean anything to you, you should really take a close look and the best would be to inspect the Vette in person. You will like it.
