Car history: |
I purchased the car in 1971, the person I purchased it from bought it in Georgia when he was in the service in 1969. When I purchased the car it was red/white, I had it painted red/white in 1972 not knowing that 62's were one color, the original interior color was fawn beige but it was in tough shape and it was changed to black years later. In 2002/2004 we did a complete body off restoration this is when we discovered the original color was fawn beige, now the car is the correct color but the interior is black, the chassis, chrome, and complete drive train have been completely restored. Would like to speak to original owner to find history on the missing years 1962-1969. We take it to local car shows and cruise nights and just enjoy haviing it. |
