Car history:
I am UK based - I have owned the car two years.

Very short on history of the car!!
I own E57S101644 with engine number F1220EF. Believed to be all original with 3 speed manual box and single carb.
I believe the car (currently black with silver inserts and red interior - tho I have no idea if that is original or not) was imported to the UK in 1992.
I have a factory power top (not currently functional - a leaking hydraulic ram that I need to replace), heater, hard top, and electric windows.
I've owned it for two years - and drive it plenty when the weather is nice!
58k currently on the clock - the calculations from the revolution counter in the tacho suggest the missing leading digit is probably a 2 (so 258k miles) It's been using a lot of oil - and as I know the valve stem oil seals (if they haven't fallen to bits - or were ever there in the first place) are not generally great on Vette engines, heads have just been pulled - which would be an opportunity to inspect the bores and see is more major work would be needed down the line. Compression test suggested not - with pressures ranging from 138-150 and strong oil pressure. Heads off, and very pleased to find some quite clean +030 pistons - and still visible honing marks on the bores - so it's been rebuilt in the not so distant past. Heads will now get a cleanup and some new valve stem seals - along with an Edelbrock manifold and electric choke Holley, and a Pertronix distributor - and then let's see when the sun comes out to play in the spring!
