| I am the third owner of the car. A previous owner replaced the 283 with a 1972 350 cu in engine. When I purchased the car it had been in storage for 18 years. Tires totally flat, wheels heavily corroded, fuel tank full of jelly, brakes inoperative, battery flat. Oh, by the way, I was told it was running when I parked it. I'm now in the process of bringing it back to life. I'm only three weeks into the mission so I have a long way to go. |
