| Car history: |
| The car original owner was a Chevrolet Dealership in Southern California. The car was on and off the showroom floor for many years. The CFO was my wifes Aunt who wanted the car from the owner. When my wife's aunt retired in 1987, the owner gave her the car. She drove the car for a short time then parked the car in the garage. Her and her husband Moved to Missouri and put the car in a garage on property. Fast forward, my wife and I had been traveling the country and we visited them and I saw the car. made mentioned that I would be interested in the car. A few years later I received the call that they would let go of the car. The car being One Hundred percent original but had not been started since about 1992. I had the car Shipped back to California, had a mechanic go through the car, new brakes, radiator, tires, rebuilt the carburetors new transmission seals. The Power Hydraulic top is still not operational, but I found a GUY who says he can get it working. The car looks and drives great. |
